Absolutely. According to the ARRT website, as long as you're already certified and registered in good standing prior to Jan 1, 2011, then you're exempt from CQ/2011. Whatever their chosen method of determining continued competency is going to be (oral, demonstration, whatever), we will be exempt.
I would bet that whatever they come up with, it will not be simply a matter of increasing CEU requirements ... CEU's do not demonstrate competency and that's one of the major issues they want to address.
So we'll see how it sorts itself out.
