Sorry, no lateral CXR or lateral shoulder were taken because if his lack of mobility. In hindsight, a lat scapula would have been good here (big fat hint)

You almost have the answer, ligaments from the SLTx play a big part in this.
There are more films to show.

Suggest any more modalities???

I have dial-up internet so it takes forever for the image to show.
