Is my teacher pulling my leg ( no pun intended). What is a bifurcated patella? A split or broken patella, I can’t find any info on it. Is it called something else |

Actually, the correct terminology is bipartite. (bipartitie =consisting of two parts). A congenital anomaly , occurs in something less than 1% of the adult population (could be wrong, anatomy was a long time ago!)
