ARRT Ethics committee

Has anyone, or do you know of anyone who has been brought up before the ethics committe for not reporting a misdemeanor, and not been revoked?

That's a loaded question as every situation would be different. I've known people to be put on "probation" for a variety of issues pre and post registry.
