What are the 3 main things shown on an AP open mouth odontoid?

1) the dens
2) the spaces between C1 and C2
3) the AP view of C1 and C2

The first two answers I'm sure of; the third just makes sense to me, but I'm not positive. That's what I always look for on the film

You see the dens, the vertebral body of C2, the lateral masses of C1, & the Z-jionts between C1 &C2. Right?
