I can't find this in my Bontrager book, I don't know if it's just an older term that's now called something else but don't seem to find it anywhere I look. The closests thing is it's something to do with the nasal area. Does anybody know?

Another name for maxillary sinus is antrum of highmore...therefore the antral floors would be the inferior aspect of the sinus. This would make sense if you said the petrous pyramids should lie below them on a Waters!! Took me a second to piece that all together but I just finished my final and we were asked another name for the maxillary sinus!
