because of the anode heel effect, where would you place the skull for an xray, cathode or anode side of the tube?

A body part that small would not be effected by the anode heel effect. That is more of a concern with t-spines.

yea, i agree with jruhberg, the anode heel effect would not effect a skull xray. but as where to put the cathode side, u put it not the bigger or more dense body part. for example on the t spine u would put the cathode toward the feet because the abdomen has more tissue.
