I am a 20yr and thinking to enroll at Academy Of Health Care Professions for Radology Tech if I complete the course I will only get a Certificated will that down my chances of get a RAD job? I am going this fast route b/c i have a 2months old girl, and i was thinking after I get my certifcate can I go to a 2yr community college and gain my License???.... Will the certifacte get me in the door and to get my feet wet in a RAD career

No matter whether you attend a "certificate" program (also known a a hopital based program - these do not earn you a 2- or 4-year college degree) or a college or university program ....
It will take you roughly 2 years to graduate and become eligible to take the national certification exam (passing the national exam makes you certified, "registered" is what happens when you pay your fee every year for the ARRT to maintain your info).
If you are looking at a program that is significantly less than 2 years, beware. You'll become what in some states is called a "limited" tech. (In Florida, they're called "BMO's" - basic machine operator).
A limited tech or BMO or whatever you call it is not a Radiographer. And there are states which do not accept it at all. The pay is less .. which makes sense, since the schooling and the esperience are also less.
