Should the adductor tubercle be seen in a lateral view of the knee?

Is the adductor tubercle on the lateral or medial condyle?

No, if the adductor tubercle is shown on a lateral knee then it denotes either over-rotation or under-rotation.
The tubercle is located on the medial condyle of the femur. Very Happy

Good answer but how do you tell which it is?

I believe that if you see the adductor tubercle, then it denotes underrotation of the knee Confused
