Does anyone know of any facilities giving Acetylcysteine to patients with diabetes or renal insufficiency? If so can you enlighten me as to why and how much?

you probably have your answer by now, and I don't know anyone using it...but Dr. Fishman mentions it in the paper he co-authored on contrast media and CIN...http://www.ctisus.com/askfish/index.html Maybe you can ask him about it, if you don't already know. Very Happy
