Hello everyone, please help~~ I'm stuck in the middle of my homework... Crying or Very sad It'll be great if someone could direct me where I should go.. Thank you.

A male patient presented for the following projections who has been involved in a fight at a pub:
-Facial bones
-Mandible
-C-spine
-CXR

Patient's presentation to the department:
-on trolley
-conscious
-wearing a hard neck collar

Patient's clinical signs included:
-marked bruising over right cheek and orbit area
-closed right eye due to the swelling
-bleeding mouth due to cuts in lips and missing teeth

After performed all the requested projections above. About 30mins later, the A&E require the same patient to have an URGENT abdomen.

The patient's current status:
-has diffuse abdominal pain with rebound tenderness
-decreasing pulse
-rapidly moving into hypovolaemic shock..

In this case, what projections should we perform? And what are the likely reasons for the rapid deterioration of the patient's condition?

Thank you so much.
