We have a researcher using our 3T for fMRI experiments and our Phased Array head coil seems insufficient for this work. Is there anything better for this sort of work?

I use the Tx/Rx head coil for all my fMRI work and it is a bit more sensitive. I also got a mailing from a company ahead of SFN next week advertising a new head coil that they claim to be much more sensitive then a 8ch PA head coil. I will check it out at the conference.
