Hello I am a student of Radiography and I wonder who reads X-rays the doctor or technician. Or is there another professional responsible for reading the radiographs?

There is another professional called a radiologist. Their job is to interpret the radiographs and tell the doctor what’s on them. The doctor can then take the radiologists advice or look at the radiographs.
i think they are called radiologists.
they check the x-ray, and will send it to your doctor if something is found.
X-ray (imaging) doctors are called Radiologists (Radiologists ARE doctors). For the most part, we review the images and report them.
In many places, and more all the time, some of the more straightforward images – for example broken bones – are reported by Radiographers who have had extra training.
Your job is to take them not to interpret them. An MD that specializes in Radiology interprets them and produces a written report. Most doctors are capable of reading x-rays and may also look at their patients films.
