Is It Easer To Get A Job As A Nuclear Medicine, Mri, Or Radiation Therapist Technologist? Why?
Mri is the easist to get a job because every hospital has a MRI machine now.
Nuclear medicine would be next because most places do those procedures
then radiation therapist you would need a oncology center and a linear accelator machine most places dont have one they cost a lot. However there has been a rise in cancer in this country and i read a article that said that it would double by 2025 so cancer will be big business !!! Sad to say that!!
nuc med and radiation therapist pay the most so skip x-ray and mri.
why not get certifications in both nuclear medcine and radiation therapist that way you can help treat and diagnose cancer at the same time.
also rad techs with dual certifications do a lot better than those with just x-ray
