My ultrasound tech was wonderful! However she worked for our hospital, so maybe she followed the rules a little bit more. She acknowledged that the baby was a girl, but was unable to print out a photo the actual gender, I saw it on the screen, though. She said that printing the photo out, would create a liability. However, every time I’m online I see plenty of people who have gender ultrasound pics, do ultrasound techs not follow the rules? Did you ultrasound tech tell you s/he wasn’t allowed to be 100%? I just wasn’t sure if it was a practice at my hospital or not.
I didn’t care what the gender. My husband is out of town working and was unable to attend the ultrasound and wanted reassurance he wasn’t getting a boy! A bunch of you are dead on that she said if she printed out the photo she could get sued. I would never sue her. I just wanted to know if this was a practice anywhere else. =)
I do plan on getting a 3d/4d with my husband later in the pregnancy, so my husband can see!

I recently read an article about the naked x-ray machines they want to put into airports and it disghust me beyond compare. Firstly how is a saved naked picture of you or your loved ones better than a less than thurough pat down? And yes someone will abuse this technology because the TSA is an inept organization that hires more high school kids than almost anyone else. Why is everyone so scared? You are more likely to be killed by a falling coconut than a terrorist let alone on an airplane. No intelligent terrorist is going to try anything else on a plane. Beside insnt airline travel shitty enough already with having someone see you nude. I actually feel less safe on airplanes since 9/11 because the TSA is so imcometent it is astounding. And all you people who say your safety is more important than my provacy are screwing the rest of us. It is you who allowed things like the patriot act. Those are rights we will never get back. Give up your rights but dont fck with mine and get a spine
I love all of these people who say if you dont like it leave. Sorry to inform you that the goverment is not your friend. It does not have your best interests at heart. They want your rights. Without millions of americans like me we would probably be living in a totalitarian state…well more of a totalitarian state. So why should i leave. Unlike you i refuse to let fear or the goverment tell me how to live my life. We are the greates country in the world because we have freedom but each and every day we find a new right and a new provilige to take away all becasue people are unwilling to face their fear. So no i wont leave.
BTW more americans have been killed domestically by other americans and home grown terrotists than have ever been killed by muslim terrorists. Not all muslims want to kill us you ignorant fools. You should actually be more afrad of your neighbor than of Ackmhed
