Does Anyone Here Know About Radiography?

I’m thinking of going to school for Radiography. After two years, how much can I expect to be earning? What are the pluses and minuses? How hard is school?

At my school you have to get a degree of prerequisites for the program and then based on the scores in 8 classes, the HOBET test, and an interview- 20 students are accepted into the program per year. The radiography program is 24 months long with class and clinical time and at the end you take a registry that is developed by the ARRT (If your from the U.S.A). The classes are pretty hard, while in the program we have radiation biology, physics, and more. There are a lot of angles to remember for certain projections, critical thinking in clinical situations, and how to tell if each image is acceptable. I’m not sure about the annual earnings, I’m sure you can find the averages on the Dept. of Labor web site.
